BAY SHORE, NY | 2017 Chevrolet CruzeJanuary 5, 2026This is the second time I'm bringing in my car for the same code. Apparently, now they say its the filler neck that is faulty. The car is still not fixed. I was told they ordered the part and it would be in on Monday. Throughout this ordeal I was treated so kindly. The purchase was being made with my young daughter who was being mistreated and pushed around at other dealerships into making an immediate commitment. There was no foul play with the financing, or the ability to get an estimate for payment without jumping thru hoops and playing games for her to commit before getting numbers. She had a terrible experience at a Kia dealership the same evening, and I didn't think she would even want to go to another dealership.
