Cadillac’s 24-Hour Roadside Service Program
The Cadillac Roadside Assistance is is provided for 6 years or 70,000 miles. It includes several services, some you may not be aware of:
The first is Emergency Tow, where your Cadillac will be picked up and brought to the nearest Cadillac Dealer for warranty repair, or if your vehicle was in a crash and cannot be driven. You can have them come for a Battery Jump-Start if you have a dead battery. If you run out of gas, you can have emergency Fuel Delivery to get you back to the nearest service station. If you need, you can have a Flat Tire Change where the spare tire will be installed for you. There is a Lock-Out Service available to open your vehicle if you are locked out (remote unlock may also help if you do have Onstar).
Something else to be aware of: if you are within 30 miles of a qualified Cadillac dealer you can have an actual Cadillac Technician come to help in a specially equipped Roadside Service Vehicle that is equipped with the tools and parts to get you back under way.
